How To - Master Templates

Master Templates are created at head office and could be utilised for new menus to ensure sites order the correct products to enable the new offerings.

These templates can be created for specific sites or all sites and can not be modified at site level.

1. Navigate to Admin Functions and select Manage Templates









2. You have the visibility of all templates created by outlets, and can now create a Master Template which can be assigned to all or specific sites.

3. Select Create Template









4. You will now see the below message. Select Master.








5. You now need to give the template a Name and Assign Outlets to it.
6. Click in the box under Template Name.








7. Give the Template a name and select OK.









8. Now select the outlet or outlets from your estate you wish to assign to this template, and click OK.








9. Select the green box with the plus + icon which will take you to the Product Search page
10. Search by either Product Name or Code, or alternatively select the relevant Supplier and filter by Category and Sub-Category, putting ticks in the boxes of required products.







11. Once all required products have been selected, clickAdd Items







12. Your Master Template has now been created and is available for the selected sites to order from.
